How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-20 business days depending on the destination.
Are Pura Vida bracelets waterproof?
Yes! Our classic wax-coated bracelets are 100% waterproof. You can go surfing, snowboarding, or even take a shower with them on. Wearing them daily only enhances the natural look and feel.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items and personalized products are not eligible for return.
How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your Pura Vida account dashboard.
What does 'Pura Vida' mean?
'Pura Vida' means 'Pure Life' in Spanish. It is a Costa Rican philosophy that encourages the appreciation of life's simple treasures and living life to the fullest.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
We stand by the quality of our products. We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all jewelry items. If your item breaks due to a defect, we will happily replace it for you.
